I invited Jacqueline to attend my company's global conference as a guest speaker, where she gave a remarkable presentation on business and dining etiquette to more than 150 of our employees. Jacqueline was engaging, entertaining and endearing. Her presentation fell on the first of five conference days, and remained a major highlight throughout the event.
She managed to keep everyone entertained for two hours, but more importantly, she left a lasting impression (appropriately, the title of her presentation). I know we all learned a great deal, and that was my objective. Working with Jacqueline was an absolute pleasure, and we would certainly love to work with her again in the future!
I just wanted to thank you for your wonderful presentation during our recent Etiquette Dinner! We have received wonderful feedback from both students and table hosts about the evening and the value of your training. Our president, Dr. Bill Katip, expressed to me how much he enjoyed the event and appreciated the content of your presentation.
Jacqueline Whitmore recently made an etiquette presentation at the FBA 57th Annual Trust and Wealth Management School on the best ways to mingle in social environments. Her topic was well received by the bankers at this event and they learned many valuable points on the dos and don’ts of mingling. Her presentation included several instances of getting the audience up on their feet and interacting with each other as they learned how easy it was to start a conversation and learn valuable information in the process. She has a wealth of knowledge on several topics pertinent to any employee at each management level in any organization.
I can’t tell you how many compliments I’ve received about the event and your program! Thank you again for taking it on and for the last minute changes. You are a delight to work with!
Knowing your reputation, I was expecting an excellent, very professional presentation. What you gave us was spectacular! Not only did you cover all the appropriate material in an easily understandable format, you took the group beyond the rudiments by engaging them in a way, to teach them by example, your most valuable lesson which was how to leave the people we meet with an impression of how we make them feel.
You made everyone in the room feel like we all made a new friend and you gave us tips on how to overcome our insecurities. When I first contacted you, I told you that I was trying to increase the business sophistication of my group. You exceeded that goal for which I am truly grateful. Thanks again for a spectacular presentation.
Jacqueline was able to interest our audience on so many, many levels. Looking back and sifting through the reviews, it's apparent that people appreciated taking time to reflect on the importance of connecting with their core values. How we treat others is such a huge component of 'emotional intelligence' and our ability to form teams in the workplace. Teams rely on trust and Jacqueline did a stellar job encouraging us to let down our defenses, allow others to come inside, and develop empathetic listening. That is SO important in a 'wired world' where we're not always as connected as we think we are. Interpersonal relationships really ARE the key to working collaboratively. Thank you, Jacqueline, for providing that focus.
On behalf of Bill and I, we would like to thank you for a very informative and fun workshop last night. Your enthusiasm and knowledge about etiquette, combined with being an engaging presenter, created such a great teaching environment for the graduate students and the postdoctoral fellows. I look forward to working with you on the next workshop about presentation skills.
Thank you for making our meeting a huge hit. We received numerous comments on what a wonderful job you did. Employees stated they forgot some basic etiquette knowledge and it was nice to have a refresher. You brought a wealth of knowledge with you and the information you shared was immediately implemented. You where relatable and you recognized and adapted to the group you where instructing. We learned new etiquette techniques that will be put to good use.
Over the past 20 years I have conducted a number of these development programs around the country for large financial services firms. Our goal was always to raise the acuity of our client-facing teams with respect to our most valuable business relationships. Our secondary goal was to make it an interesting and enjoyable process. In most cases, including the program with Jacqueline Whitmore, we included spouses since they inevitably wind up at the business dinner table with our firms' best clients and their spouses.
My experience with Jacqueline was superior to all the professional development work I had done in the past with this subject matter. Her technical knowledge is without question. In addition to that I believe that her ability to tailor her program to my group made it more effective. To put it differently, she did a substantial amount of research and discovery in advance of the meeting so that she was able to apply her coaching "directly" to us as a firm rather than in a more generic format as I have experienced before. I would also add that while Jacqueline has obviously worked at the top of the pyramid which requires a substantial amount of gravitas, she is equally able to relate to individuals that are at the various strata seemingly based on her experience and background. Finally, to be effective with my organization you HAVE to have a sense of humor. She gets an "A" in that category as well. I would recommend her highly.
Everyone raved about your presentation and how much fun they had getting to know you. I'm so glad you were able to stay for the day and enjoy our team activity and dinner. You are definitely part of the family! I look forward to working with you in the future!
The session was very well received by the participants. Very applicable content, examples, and healthy discussion.
We would like to express our gratitude for your contribution of invaluable lessons you voiced at our Clicking In Forum. We thank you for your heartfelt admiration and dedication to the presentation of poise and manners in today's society. You have motivated all of us to reach a higher level of respect and compassion towards others. Thank you again, for being a remarkable keynote speaker!
On behalf of the Association of Independent Consumer Credit Counseling Agencies, and its Board of Directors, I would like to thank you for presenting at our conference last month in Clearwater, Florida. Your presentation on business etiquette was informative and engaging. I think I can speak for most of our members, if not all, when I say your presentation was quite refreshing and brought new energy to our meeting. Thank you again for participating in the conference. If your schedule allows, we hope to have you speak again at a future conference.
Thank you so much for the excellent presentation you delivered last night! Everyone agreed that the information you provided was extremely useful for both men and women, but the tips for women were especially appreciated by the female audience. It was a pleasure to meet you and chat with you briefly during the evening. On behalf of Networking Hispanos, thank you very much sharing your personal experiences with us and for an informative, useful and fun presentation.
Thank you so very much for the educational, engaging and energizing presentation! Our chapter members and guests enjoyed your dynamic, professional presence and resourceful, creative networking session. I truly value and appreciate the expertise you shared inclusive of attention to each detail, flexibility and grace. Once again, thank you!
Jacqueline Whitmore was the keynote speaker for our Arizona MPI Chapter in January of 2010. We seek high-end speaking professionals who have broad appeal for the planners and suppliers who populate our chapter. We found such appeal in the message and professionalism that Ms. Whitmore delivered. She brought instant credibility with her many national speaking credits on her resume, including a National MPI conference session she appeared at in 2009 where our chapter leaders were able to see her in action. When the planning process was underway to develop our programs for the coming year, Jacqueline was quickly mentioned as someone who could offer our membership valued education to enhance their skills in networking and client communication. Her presentation was timely, polished, humorous and gave us many usefully tips for our members to use in their day-to-day businesses transactions. I strongly recommend her to bring value to your associates as they look to develop their skill set in any business group/association she is addressing. Jacqueline Whitmore is indeed a pro’s pro to take your team to the next level of success.
Thank you again for speaking at our WCR District III Forum. You were awesome! The comments and feedback were that they liked your presentation the best.
Thank you for your superb presentation at our ‘mocktail’ reception and dinner. Our students and employers loved the event and many commented on how much they learned from you. One student noted how ‘gracious’ and ‘competent’ you were. We truly appreciate your help in enlightening our students year after year.
There's no better satisfaction than seeing the genuine smiles of the audience and compliments paid at the conclusion of an event. Students who had not attended before were surprised at the considerable amount of information presented and its relevancy to today's life. But the best measure is when I see excited folks linger after the event and grateful international students and faculty who were glad to have an opportunity to meet one another on a social level.
Thank you for taking the time to speak to our top alumni. We enjoyed your presentation immensely and learned so much about how to present ourselves. We would love to have you come back next year for the advanced seminar and maybe even for a NFTE staff training as well.
The feedback on the session has been very positive. Everyone enjoyed your seminar and felt they learned something useful. In the end, I think your efforts will help make our newly launched initiative a success. Thank you for being an important part of our kick-off session.
Your tips and tactics were a big hit and our members learned and laughed – what a great way to spend the lunch hour! Thank you for your help in making FFAA’s 76th Annual Meeting a class act.
The students who attended your program continued to talk about the etiquette lessons long after the presentation ended. I have no doubt that as a result of your program, our students are better prepared and more likely to succeed in the business world.
The atmosphere you set for learning was truly relaxing, enjoyable and full of valuable information! Already our employees are speaking of putting their newly found skills to use.
Please accept my thanks for your great presentation at our peer mentoring group meeting. The group thoroughly enjoyed the program. I was impressed at your ability to keep them engaged for two hours on a Friday afternoon. We look forward to having you again at future events.
Many members from the team commented on the value of the information presented and how you made them feel so comfortable during the open discussion. As always, it is such a pleasure working with you as you continue to assist in the professional image of our management team.
I believe every member of the group walked away with material that was new to them. You can be sure that we will benefit from this information for years to come.
I am finding that our team is still discussing some of the tips you gave and incorporating them into their business skill set. I have recently used some of your tips when talking to the senior executives at one of the large banks we represent. Even top executives find that it is useful to have a quick reminder on how to connect powerfully and make a good first impression.
Everyone walked away with new information as well as an excellent reinforcement of personal and business practices that will help take us to the next level of success as an organization. After your presentation, our CEO was thoroughly impressed with the content, saw a definite value and now we are both interested in working with The Protocol School of Palm Beach to take some next steps.
Jacqueline, you are a natural speaker…confident and comfortable, powerful, yet approachable. I would recommend your presentations to every business professional. Overall, I believe you and your company are an incredible asset to the community.”
I think what elevates you as a great speaker is your ability to accurately and gracefully incorporate my focuses into your presentation. I’ve heard you speak on several occasions about some of the same topics but each time you make them fresh and relevant to my different audiences. I also admire how you remember guests’ names and use them at ease during your presentation to maintain that intimacy with your audience.
You were a dynamic speaker who was able to keep a quiet audience engaged in the presentation over the entire three hour period. Additionally, you were able to approach sensitive subjects, such as an individual’s wardrobe, in a manner that did not cause the participants to become defensive, but instead allowed them to listen to suggestions which will help each of them manage their personal brands.
You were more than willing to tailor your presentation to meet our needs. Your handouts were professionally prepared and very helpful to the participants.
The materials you presented have now become our company’s standard for business etiquette for all members of our sales and consulting team. I am confident that you have helped elevate our professionalism to our clients, which in turn will help increase our sales and renew business over the long-term.
You were well prepared and delivered exactly what was requested. Your style was confident, professional, and very respectful of your audience. Using your sense of humor, you created an environment where people felt comfortable asking questions and receiving honest and professional answers.
Not only are you clearly very knowledgeable of your area of expertise, but perhaps equally important, I was very impressed with your ability to develop an instant rapport with our attendees. Within moments, you captivated their attention and interest. You made the topic seem instantly relevant and important.
